Our primary cooperative logistics providers include USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx and DHL. The final carrier will be confirmed comprehensively according to delivery timeliness, destination country and package details.
1. Temporary Delivery Restrictions
Due to local logistics regulations, customs clearance rules and regional service limitations, we currently do not support deliveries to the following regions: India, Egypt, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Singapore, Philippines, Iraq, Pakistan, Albania, Ecuador, Guatemala, Algeria, Myanmar, Thailand, Tunisia, Morocco, Kenya, Palestine, Iran and Uganda. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these service restrictions.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
The overall delivery period varies by destination region and actual logistics conditions. The estimated standard shipping time for different regions is as follows:
North America: 3-7 business days Major European Countries: 5-10 business days Other Global Destinations: 7-15 business days
Note: All delivery times are estimated for reference only. Actual delivery progress may be affected by customs inspections, local logistics delays, severe weather and other unforeseen force majeure events.
3. Shipping Fees
We implement a transparent, unified global shipping fee policy for all customers worldwide:
• Free Shipping Service: All orders with a final payment of $60 and above (after all discounts are applied) qualify for free standard shipping. • Flat-Rate Shipping Service: A fixed shipping fee of $8 will be charged for all orders with a final payment of $69.98 or below. The fee is charged per order and is not affected by the number of purchased items.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an official shipping confirmation email with your exclusive tracking number. You may also log in to your Charmovia account and check real-time logistics updates on the "My Orders" page of our official platform.
Please note that tracking information generally takes 1–3 business days to be updated and synchronized in the carrier’s official system. Kindly allow a reasonable data update window. If no valid tracking information is available after the update period, please contact our customer support for assistance.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please fill in and confirm your complete, accurate and valid shipping address, recipient name and contact information during checkout.
Charmovia shall not be liable for delivery delays, delivery failures, wrong deliveries or package losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid address and contact information provided by customers.
If you need to modify your shipping address or personal information, please contact our customer service team in advance. No address modifications will be accepted after the order has been shipped.
